| Phil - Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist Phil has been practicing sports and remedial massage therapy for over seven years. Remedial massage therapy stimulates the circulation of blood increasing the supply and removal of substances at cellular level, thus creating an environment for healing following an injury. Muscles, tendons and ligaments need to remodel themselves following an injury. They become tight, tense and knotted having adapted to an injury, and massage therapy aims to encourage these soft tissues to loosen and heal. |
